Thank you for supporting Elevated Routing. Each item is handcrafted and carefully prepared in our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania workshop.

Processing Time

Most orders are handmade to order and ship within 7–10 business days. Custom or highly personalized orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, we will contact you.

Free U.S. Shipping

Elevated Routing offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Elevated Routing ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If clarification or additional information is needed, we may contact you before production begins.

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
