Thank you for supporting Elevated Routing. Each item is handcrafted and carefully prepared in our Pittsburgh workshop.

Processing Time

Most orders are handmade to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or highly personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Elevated Routing ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If clarification is needed, we may contact you before production begins.

Because personalized items are custom-made, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
