Returns
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused and original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for each customer, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible for custom items.
